粘結砂漿（Bonded mortar）

一、產品用途：

 用于外墻保溫系統中聚苯板，擠塑板，保溫一體板，水泥發泡板等的粘貼。

二、 產品特點：

1. 該產品無毒無味、安全環保。

2. 施工方便，現場加適量水配制成漿狀即可施工。

3. 保水性能好，粘結強度高，施工中不滑墜。

4. 具有優良的耐候性、抗沖擊和防裂性能。 

三、粘結砂漿執行標準:

JG 149-2003《膨脹聚苯板薄抹灰外墻外保溫系統》

四、施工方法：

    基層處理：基層表面粉塵、油污必須清除干凈，以免影響粘結強度。

用水將粘合劑調成厚糊狀，水為1，干粉為4－4.5（理論用量當涂層厚度為3－5mm時，約4－6kg/m2）將粘合劑充分攪拌均勻，靜置5－10分鐘，粘合劑會變稠，此時再稍后加攪拌即可使用。將拌勻后的保溫板專用粘合劑用泥板涂抹在保溫板背面或混凝土基層面上，粘貼時拍實鋪平，撥正，擦清板面。

六、注意事項：

  1、施工溫度5℃－35℃，風力不大于5級，施工過程中應避免雨淋。

  2、拌好的物料應在2小時內用完，忌再次攪拌或加入水和其它材料攪拌。

3、未開封保存陰涼干燥處，保質期6個月。

Product use:

Product features:

Construction methods:

Base treatment: the surface dust and oil pollution of the base surface must be cleaned, so as to avoid the bond strength.

The binder is thickened by water. The water is 1 and the dry powder is 4 to 4.5. When the theoretical content is about 3 6kg/m2, the coating is about 4 to 5mm. The adhesive is fully stirred evenly, and the adhesive is thickened for 5-10 minutes. At this time, the mixture will be thickened later. Will mix the insulation board with special adhesive mud plate onto the insulation board or the back of the concrete base surface, paste compacting paving, lining, wipe the surface clean.

Matters needing attention：

1. the construction temperature of 5 DEG C - 35 DEG C, the wind is not more than 5, in the construction process should avoid the rain;

2. the mixed material should be used in 2 hours, and should not be stirred again or add water and other materials.

3. unsealed and dry place is not opened, and the shelf life is 6 months.
