抹面砂漿（Plaster mortar）

一、產品用途

聚合物抹面砂漿適用于外墻保溫系統的防護層，與耐堿玻纖網格布(熱鍍鋅鋼絲網)復合粘覆在保溫漿料上，形成增強保溫體系耐久性的保護層，提高體系的機械強度和抗裂性能。

四、施工方法

 聚合物抹面砂漿的配制是與水按4：1左右的比例，并在干凈的攪拌桶內先放入適量清水緩緩倒入干粉砂漿，浸潤后用機械攪拌器攪拌均勻。拌好的料在靜置10min后再次攪拌成粘稠料漿即可，并按使用規范要求抹面。一般墻體抹灰2—3mm，外墻體保溫抹底層砂漿2-3mm，貼壓網格布后抹面層砂漿1—2mm，抹面砂漿與基層必須粘結牢固無脫層、空鼓。

六、注意事項

 1、施工溫度5℃－35℃，風力不大于5級，施工過程中應避免雨淋。

 2、拌好的物料應在2小時內用完，忌再次攪拌或加入其它材料攪拌。

 3、未開封保存陰涼干燥處，保質期6個月。

Construction method

Preparation of polymer mortar and water according to the ratio of about 4:1, and the stirring barrel clean in the amount of water release slowly poured into the dry mortar, soaked with the agitator stirring. The mixture in static 10min again after mixing into a viscous slurry, and by the use of standard precausions. General wall plastering 2 - 3mm, the exterior wall insulation mortar with bottom 2-3mm, pressing the mesh after plastering mortar mortar and 1 - 2mm, the grassroots level must be firmly bonded without delamination and hollowing.

Matters needing attention

1. the construction temperature of 5 DEG C - 35 DEG C, the wind is not more than 5, in the construction process should avoid the rain;

2. The mixed material should be used in 2 hours, and should not be stirred again or add water and other materials.

3. Unsealed and dry place is not opened, and the shelf life is 6 months
